Our Story

It starts with one very good cow.

Every cup of Pasture & Pail begins the same way: fresh raw milk, gathered morning and evening from our own family cow, right here on our little farm in Amherst.

We make everything from scratch, in small batches โ€” real cream, local honey, and fruit from farms we know by name. No mixes, no shortcuts, nothing we wouldn't happily eat standing at the kitchen counter (and often do).

Our cups are small on purpose. Six ounces, hand-packed, in compostable cups โ€” because we'd rather make it right than make a lot of it. When a batch is gone, it's gone until the cow says otherwise.
